AUTUMN MYSTIC RETREAT

YOUR PSILOCYBIN CEREMONIES

7-10th of October 2027, The Netherlands

Join Us in Autumn

As the year begins to turn inward, autumn offers its own invitation: to pause, gather what has been learned, release what no longer needs to be carried, and listen more deeply to what is emerging.

We invite you to join a small group of up to 14 participants for a 4-day immersive Mystic Retreat in the south of the Netherlands, held by experienced therapists and psychedelic facilitators Aga & Lynn, together with a ceremonial musician.

This is a carefully held space for inner exploration, meaningful connection and professionally facilitated psilocybin ceremonies — where therapeutic practice meets ceremony, embodiment, nature and the mystery of the unseen.

There is no particular way you need to arrive.

You may come with something you are moving through, a question you have been carrying, a desire for change, or simply a feeling that it is time to go deeper.

For four days, we step away from the familiar rhythms of everyday life and create the conditions to listen differently — to the body, the psyche, the soul, and to what may be ready to change.

This retreat offers two pathways: PARTICIPANT & APPRENTICESHIP, allowing you to join the journey according to your own intention and path.

A meditation or yoga space with white mats and black cushions arranged on a wooden floor. A low table with lit candles is in the center. In the background, there is musical instrument decor including guitars, drums, a gong, and a drum. The room has a green wall, a wall light, and a curtain on the right side.

“Our retreats exist at the meeting point where grounded therapeutic practice meets the mystic realms.”

A SEASON FOR GOING DEEPER

Dedicate four days entirely to your own journey.

Autumn is a threshold.

A time of transition between what has been and what is coming next. A time to gather in, to let go, and to make space for what matters.

Our retreats are created for people who feel called to step outside of their ordinary lives for a few days and enter a more intentional space for deep inner work.

Whether you are a therapist, coach, healer, leader, creative, or simply someone longing for a deeper connection with yourself and your life, you are invited to put down the responsibility of holding everything together — and allow yourself to be held.

Over four days, we weave together psilocybin ceremony, therapeutic support, music, ritual, embodiment, nature, rest and authentic human connection.

The medicine is part of the journey, but it is not the whole journey.

What unfolds in ceremony is held within a wider field of relationship — with yourself, with others, with the body, with your history, with the natural world, and with the life you are creating.

This is a space for curious explorers.

For those asking deeper questions.

For those standing at a threshold.

For those who sense there is more.

Whether this is your first psychedelic experience or one of many, you will be met where you are. We intentionally keep the group small so that each person can receive individual attention, care and support throughout the journey.

The Programme

At Mystic Retreats, we offer a carefully held and highly personalised retreat experience designed to support deep inner work, meaningful transformation, and lasting integration.

Our 4-day, 3-night journey unfolds gradually, allowing space for preparation, ceremony, rest, reflection, and integration within a grounded and supportive environment.

7th October — Arrival & Preparation

We begin around lunchtime, arriving together into the retreat space and gently transitioning away from daily life. Through grounding practices, intention setting, nervous system regulation, and embodied preparation, we begin preparing both body and psyche for the ceremonial journey ahead.

8th October — Ceremony & Deep Exploration

We move deeper into the retreat process with our first psilocybin ceremony, accompanied by live music and carefully guided facilitation. The day is devoted to inner exploration, emotional openness, and creating space for profound insight and transformation to unfold.

9th October— Deepening Ceremony

This day is dedicated to reflection and deepening the journey. Through somatic practices, sharing, rest, and support, participants are invited to process and embody their experiences before entering the second ceremony later in the day.

10th October — Integration & Departure

On our last day we gather for a final integration circle and grounding somatic practice before closing the retreat together in the afternoon. The intention is for participants to leave feeling supported, connected, and more deeply anchored in their experience and ongoing process.

    Lynn

Facilitator and guide at Mystic Retreats

A trauma-informed therapist, soul mentor and facilitator of transformational healing journeys. With a background in medicine, trauma therapy and ceremonial healing work, she guides people back to the truth of who they are beneath layers of survival, conditioning and emotional pain. Her approach is intuitive, deeply compassionate and rooted in the belief that true healing happens when the body, emotions, mind and soul are all included in the process.

Her work combines trauma-informed therapy, regression work, emotional release, energy healing and psilocybin-assisted ceremonies into a unique and highly personalized healing experience. Rather than following rigid structures, she works attuned to the person in front of her, creating spaces in which people feel emotionally safe enough to soften, open and transform.

She facilitates 1-on-1 sessions, retreats, ceremonies and group experiences that invite deep inner healing, soul remembrance and reconnection with purpose. Known for her grounded presence and ability to hold space for both vulnerability and transformation, she supports people in moving through the deeper layers of themselves with gentleness, honesty and care.

Her path has been shaped by both the medical world (M.D.) and alternative healing traditions (Numinus Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy training), allowing her to bridge science, spirituality and intuitive healing in a way that feels practical, human and deeply transformative.
